Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
2pm-11pm schedule Managing day to day cash responsibilities Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs Managing team member performance and staffing needs Overseeing daily inventory needs Engaging and resolving customer complaints Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals Executing catering orders and unique customer needs REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members Strong commitment to superior customer service Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues Knowledge of computer and internet based software and hardware preferred Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Must be available Monday to Saturday We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
