Responsibilities
• Manage the process of preparing the closing package for a mortgage loan• Ensure closings are accurate and timely• Supervise, train, and coach closing staff• Manage own professional improvement• Perform performance counseling and disciplinary actions• Select team members through prescribed hiring process• Engage in Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives and team success activities• Maintain One Note system• Ensure timely responses to audit requests• Oversee training for CMLP Closing Department• Perform other assigned projects• Comply with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 5 years of experience in mortgage lending closing functions• Maintain discretion and confidentiality• Demonstrated leadership skills• Strong planning and organizational skills• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, proprietary software)
