Responsibilities: Administer contract process to ensure all deals comply with Tennessee Real Estate Law, our Administrative Control Procedures, start process, and enter into Dynamic Builder.Prepare all closing packages for the attorneys with required documents.Review, copy and distribute 7-day hold contracts.Process all addendums and spec paperwork and distribute to necessary parties.Maintain accurate backlog information on the Title Close Report from Dynamic Builder and Follow-up with Lenders for status of loans.Order termite letter and warranty forms for closings.Update closing calendar and distribute to sales agents, closing attorney and lender.Prepare closing contracts with updated information for lender and closing attorney.Partner with Project Managers for certificates of occupancy for all homes closing.Close out file with signed closing documents, copy and distribute accordingly. Qualifications: At least 3 years of real estate contracts and closing experience preferred.Experience with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
