About the Role:
As a Clinical Trials Assistant at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clinical research teams to ensure seamless and effective execution of clinical trials for our In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing samples, and tracking projects throughout the trial lifecycle. This role, based in Chaska, MN, offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic Clinical Affairs team dedicated to reimagining healthcare one diagnosis at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project delivery within clinical operations, maintaining clear communication across departments, with clients, and vendors.
Assist in sample acquisition, sourcing, and biobanking, collaborating with third-party providers.
Manage regulatory documentation, including Investigator Site Files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate the distribution and tracking of clinical trial supplies and investigational products.
Assist in drafting, editing, and finalizing operational documents as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a life science, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Laboratory, or relevant fields.
Proficiency in medical terminology.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Device Regulations.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with clinical databases or electronic trial master files.
Familiarity with project coordination/management.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
Experience in document drafting, editing, and finalization.
