Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Nurse Trainer, supporting our Quality Department with a focus on empowering our staff and providers through comprehensive education initiatives. The ideal candidate is a nurse with a passion for adult education, possessing strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead training efforts for both new and existing team members, ensuring alignment with policy and procedural updates.
Conduct proficiency assessments and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Develop and deliver training courses using a variety of methods, including online, in-person, and virtual formats.
Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of training materials and curriculum.
Support software updates and provide assistance with IT-related improvements.
Partner with operational and clinical teams to identify training needs and execute effective communication strategies.
Ensure successful adoption of new applications and updates among staff.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and provide ongoing support as needed.
Offer one-on-one and onsite training support as requested.
Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Education and Experience Requirements:

Experience/Knowledge:
Minimum 5 years of LPN or RN experience required.
Experience with electronic medical records systems, preferably Epic.
3-5 years of experience in adult education training preferred.
Familiarity with education design software, such as Articulate, is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Technologically savvy with experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Additional Details:
Position may require occasional onsite clinic support with flexibility for remote work.
Reliable internet connection required for remote work.
Compensation and Benefits:
Anticipated annual salary range: $54,800 - $91,300 USD, based on experience and location.
Eligible for participation in annual bonus plan.
