Responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight for homecare clients and patients• Supervise care management• Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers• Assure caregiver clinical skills and competency• Develop caregivers through education and training
Requirements
• Active/Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required• Minimum 3 years nursing experience as RN• Minimum 1-2 years clinical supervisory experience• At least 1 year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory• Knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System, including Medicaid waiver programs• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required• Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred• Demonstrated critical thinking skills preferred• Supervisory experience required• Pediatric experience preferred• Proficiency in the English language required
