Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated individual with exceptional leadership qualities and clinical expertise to join our team. As a vital member of our Assessment Program, you will embody our mission, vision, and values while spearheading initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic, fiscal, regulatory, and operational aspects of our assessment program, catering to Medicaid members within the state market.
Forge and maintain collaborative partnerships integral to account management and vendor relations.
Develop and oversee a robust quality assurance program to ensure service excellence.
Uphold licensure and continuing education standards for program staff, fostering skill enhancement and retention.
Monitor program performance closely, implementing necessary measures to drive success.
Provide direct supervision to field-based social worker assessors, offering guidance and support.
Identify and leverage available resources through comprehensive review and strategic planning.
Work Setting and Hours: Hybrid; Full-time
License Requirements:
Possession of a valid LCSW-C in the state of practice, coupled with at least 5 years of clinical experience in healthcare settings.
A valid driver's license equivalent to a noncommercial, class C Maryland driver's license is required at the time of appointment.
Maintenance of all licenses and certifications throughout employment.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
5 years of experience in program management or healthcare administration, showcasing strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Proven track record of directly supervising remote and field-based social worker assessors, offering guidance and performance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in program planning, budgeting, and evaluation, demonstrating successful implementation and outcomes.
