Responsibilities
• Provide direction and guidance for research activities, including patient screening and enrollment.• Coordinate patient care and follow-up functions of the clinical study.• Collaborate with treatment team members and act as a liaison with medical staff and other departments.• Develop and revise nursing practice policies related to research protocols.• Contribute to the development of new processes, procedures, tools, and training.• Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and organizational policies.• Identify and mitigate potential risks.• Prepare research documentation and reports.• Assist with data management and quality checks.• Serve as a resource person or consultant within clinical and regulatory expertise.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or 7 years of relevant work experience.• BSN and RN License required for nursing-focused roles.• 3 years of related experience, with clinical procedural experience for nursing roles.• Master's degree and experience in clinical specialization considered as additional qualifications.
