Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and families.
Provide clinical feedback and guidance to families and caregivers.
Utilize evidence-based therapies and interventions for optimal outcomes.
Mentor and train clinical staff to enhance team knowledge and skills.
Participate in educational initiatives, including practicums and post-doctoral training programs.
Qualifications:
PhD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited institution.
Valid WA state license in Psychology, with a focus on Clinical Child Psychology preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with autistic children and conducting ADOS-2 assessments.
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Collaborative spirit and commitment to professional development.
