Clinical Pharmacist - Everett Medical Ctr Colby-Everett(HR) The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett received the Health Grades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence four years in a row. Required qualifications: PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license
Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)
Preferred qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
