As a Clinical Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping professional practice and enhancing patient care through evidence-based educational programs. Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and assess learning activities tailored to clinical competencies, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients, managers, and staff to identify learning needs and enhance clinical competencies.
Facilitate new staff orientation, competency validation, and other educational activities to meet client requirements.
Serve as a consultant and mentor for clinical staff, supporting program development and professional growth.
Develop educational systems and content for compliance, refining processes based on feedback.
Mentor and coach medical professionals to ensure high-quality data asset creation.
Liaise with product and engineering teams to translate clinical insights into product improvements.
Build relationships with client educators to ensure compliance with client requirements.
Assist with various projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Bachelor's degree in nursing required, Masters preferred.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a clinical educator or in a similar role within healthcare.
Proven track record of developing and delivering effective clinical education programs.
Three (3) or more years of RN experience in an acute patient care setting preferred.
Strong computer skills in a fast-paced work environment.
Leadership skills and interdisciplinary collaboration experience preferred.
Current Basic Life Support certification required.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
Understanding of continuing education requirements and ability to ensure compliance.
Work Environment:
Full-Time Exempt, Monday-Friday availability with flexibility for meetings and projects.
Occasional travel may be required.
Onsite location preferred. Experience with Microsoft systems preferred.
