Weare seeking a full time Clinical Health Advocate Medical Assistant to join ourteam in Myrtle Beach, SC, and the surrounding counties. As the Clinical HealthAdvocate, you will be the central figure in our care team, building andmaintaining patient relationships and leading a collaborative care plan thatsignificantly impacts our patients' lives.
KeyResponsibilities: Spendapproximately 80% of your time in the field and at your market's HQ, focusingon field-based patient care and support. Workis primarily concentrated in specific zones but may include travel across themarket. Timeat HQ is dedicated to team collaboration, learning, and alignment. Compensation: $30.00 per hour based on priorexperience.
Requirements: 1-2years of experience as LPN, CMA, or Paramedic including experience with vitals,phlebotomy, and injections Strongpeople skills and the ability to connect with anyone, especially individualswho have been historically marginalized and have complex needs Creativeproblem-solving skills that can be leveraged to empower others and impeccable organizationalskills that foster reliability and trustworthiness for colleagues and patients alike Reliableaccess to personal transportation, we reimburse mileage for use of personalvehicles for the purpose of home-based care. Forthe safety of our patients and staff, employees in this role must be fullyvaccinated with all necessary vaccinations. This includes a booster for acompleted COVID-19 vaccination.
