We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Healthcare Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical end users to understand their workflow requirements, and then utilize your analytical and design skills to configure, educate, and support the implementation of these requirements within our systems. Additionally, you will take the lead on managing mid to high-level projects aimed at implementing new functionalities and system updates, ensuring that all application updates adhere to best practices and change control protocols. Your responsibilities will also include promptly resolving issues and maintaining clear communication channels with clinical end users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to customer needs and possess the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable options within the application.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field of study.
OR
Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare.
OR
4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification or licensure required.

Pay Range: $57,262 - $85,883 per year. Please note that the actual compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including the selected candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
