In this fast-paced Contact Center environment, you'll play a vital role in scheduling patient appointments and managing patient messages for Clinics. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with impeccable telephone etiquette, will ensure that patients receive the support they need, whether it's scheduling appointments, relaying messages, or addressing general inquiries.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in Telephone Customer Service, Face-to-Face Customer Service, or Healthcare is preferred.
Other Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Data Entry, ability to multitask effectively, willingness to follow directions, and a professional demeanor characterized by courtesy and compassion. Typing speed of 60 words per minute is required.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
