Responsibilities Monitors patient arrival and notified the physician/nurse when patient is ready to be seen in clinic. Answers the telephone; relaying calls to appropriate individuals; gives directions, referring inquiries to appropriate nursing and physician staff. Assist in overall case/patient flow. Maintains supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; forwarding orders for supplies to the clinical manager. Arranges departmental activities and functions. Trains other and new personnel. Maintains knowledge of codes, ie CPT and ICD-10 codes Regularly participates in trainings and education activities to improve knowledge and skills. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, Metropolitan test or equivalent.  At least four (4) years' experience in a clerical capacity. Demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
