The Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision of the services of the program in accordance with agency policies and procedures, contractual requirements and certification requirements. Directly supervises CCC Team Leaders.

We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team and help direct the day-to-day operations of our medical facility. Practice Manager responsibilities include training administrative staff, managing payments and organizing patient records. Ultimately, you will work with various administrative staff at our healthcare facility throughout the day to complete administrative tasks and provide great customer service to our patients. Responsibilities Work as a team to ensure the practice runs efficiently and effectively Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews Organize patient records and other documents Interact with patients and address any concerns or complaints Ensure our practice complies with industry regulations Monitor inventory and place orders for resupply Collaborate with medical personnel to develop and assess business strategies Requirements Education- Bachelor's level or higher degree in psychology, social work, counseling or other behavioral related science, rehabilitation, social work or related area with a minimum of 1year experience with services for persons with developmental disabilities, behavioral illness, and/or substance use disorders: A minimum of 1 years experience in management or supervisory role.
Proven work experience as a Practice Manager or similar role Strong computer literacy Leadership qualities with good communication skills Excellent organizational abilities Solid understanding of financial management Professional appearance Relevant training and/or certifications as a Practice Manager Benefits Weekly pay.
