Client Support Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

American Electric Power is seeking a Client Support Specialist to work remotely from New York City, New York. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of four years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and possess strong presentation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Participate in training and professional development activities- Promote a positive work environment and contribute to team success- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Four years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities- Availability to work part-time hours as needed
