As a Client Support Specialist at Unum Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Los Angeles, California area. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities:- Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach- Educating clients on our products and services to ensure they are utilizing them effectively- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall client support experience

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role- Resourceful and passionate attitude towards helping clients achieve their goals- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take charge of challenging situations- Effective planning and organizational abilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent required
