Client Support Specialist

CenturyLink is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required, this role is ideal for someone who is independent, motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.3. Research and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.4. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records.5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. Must be independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.2. Strong motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.3. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.4. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and challenging situations.5.
