CenturyLink is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required, this role is ideal for someone who is independent, motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.3. Research and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.4. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records.5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. Must be independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.2. Strong motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.3. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.4. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and challenging situations.5. Strong research skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.6. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
