Job Description:

Mondelez International is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to better serve them- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and fulfill client requests and orders- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to clients to drive revenue growth- Assist in the planning and execution of client events and promotional activities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field- Resourceful and hardworking with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong planning and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
