Job Description:

As a Client Support Specialist at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main objective will be to ensure that all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, ultimately contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.

Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and courteous manner- Providing product information, pricing details, and order status updates to clients- Resolving customer complaints and issues with a sense of urgency and professionalism- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded- Maintaining accurate and detailed client records in our CRM system- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance customer service skills

Requirements:- Associates degree or equivalent work experience- 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Motivated and confident demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
