Job Description:

Dollar General is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may encounter, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to clients

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Resourceful and able to work independently to solve client problems- Energetic and positive attitude with strong communication skills- Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism- Leadership capabilities to guide team members and help them achieve their goals
