Dana Holding, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Support Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients- Assist in training new team members as needed
