Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Client Support Representative to join our team at Apache, a leading tech company based in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while being independent and resourceful in problem-solving.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall service delivery- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients- Stay current on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members- Adapt quickly to changes in client needs or company processes
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and be resourceful in problem-solving- Leadership skills to guide and support team members- Adaptability to navigate changes in client needs and company processes- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Experience working from home is a plus
