Job Description:

JetBlue Airways is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to assist clients with booking reservations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on JetBlue's services.2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while prioritizing understanding and empathy in every interaction.3. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolve complex issues efficiently.4. Document all client interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.6. Stay up-to-date on JetBlue's policies, procedures, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on presentation and teamwork.2. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.4. High school diploma or equivalent.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.6. Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.7. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
