ABM Industries is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, confident, and looking to kickstart their career in customer support. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their needs and concerns- Provide product information and assistance with client inquiries- Follow up on client issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and escalate issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively- Proven ability to persuade and influence others- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Must be detail-oriented and organized- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
