Job Description:

DuPont is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support and will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients regarding product inquiries, order status, and technical support- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and accurately- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred- 3+ years of experience in client support or customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Reliable and resourceful with a strong sense of emotional intelligence- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
