Job Description:

Harley-Davidson is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service and support. The Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns via phone, email, and live chat- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through problem-solving steps- Research and resolve client complaints in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary- Document all client interactions and keep detailed records of inquiries and resolutions- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude- Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently- Proficiency in conducting research to find solutions to client inquiries- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software- No prior experience required, training will be provided
