Job Description:Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and a reliable, confident individual with a creative and cooperative mindset. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients- Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues- Representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed- Injecting a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role- Reliable and confident with excellent communication skills- Creative problem-solving skills and a cooperative attitude- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
