We are seeking a reliable and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team at Target in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and assistance to clients- Resolve client complaints or issues effectively and efficiently- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client support- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist clients
