Client Support Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Support Officer, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, adaptable, and have a passion for problem-solving and negotiation.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Work closely with our sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client experience- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet access
