Client Support Officer - Work From Home

The Hartford Financial Services Group is seeking a Client Support Officer to work from home in Houston, Texas, on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are reliable and resilient, with strong negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide client support via phone, email, and online chat- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve services- Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must have a quiet home office environment to work from- Access to a reliable internet connection- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
