Job Description:

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer in San Diego, California. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assisting clients with booking reservations, modifying existing bookings, and providing information about our services.3. Resolving client complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience.4. Collaborating with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.6. Providing administrative support to the sales and customer service teams as needed.7. Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.6. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.7. Must be driven, confident, creative, and analytical.
