Client Support Officer

Job Description:

CHS is seeking a passionate and confident Client Support Officer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the field of client support.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with any questions or issues they may have regarding our products or services- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client support processes

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role- Passion for helping others and providing top-notch customer service- Confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to think creatively and adapt to new situations- Willingness to continuously learn and improve in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable using technology and various communication platforms
