Job Description:
Land O'Lakes is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Manager, working remotely from Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or a related field. The Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing support and assistance to clients, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our products or services- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:- 5 years of experience in client support or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Project management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
