Job Description:
C3.ai is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in San Diego, California, US. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a cooperative nature.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues- Provide timely and effective resolution to client requests- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction- Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies- Track and report on client metrics and performance
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in client support or related field- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
