Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Manager to join our team at Charles Schwab in Dallas, Texas. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of client support specialists and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of client support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective client support operations- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance- Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction- Handle escalated client issues and provide resolution in a timely manner- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements- Develop and implement training programs for client support specialists to enhance their skills and knowledge- Work closely with senior management to set goals and objectives for the client support team- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in a client support management role- Strong project management and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Motivated and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
