CDW is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve client issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system- Assist with client onboarding and training as needed- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills- Strong persuasion and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Reliable internet connection and home office set-up- Previous customer service experience is a plus
