Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Toys "R" Us is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis in New York City, New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and driven, with strong planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution- Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests to ensure timely response and resolution- Work closely with other departments to address customer feedback and escalations- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team- Meet and exceed customer expectations to deliver delight in every interaction

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support- Passionate and driven individual with excellent communication skills- Strong planning and people management skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
