As a Client Support Associate at WESCO International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional remote support to our clients in Austin, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients with their questions and concerns- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the client support team

Requirements:- Dedicated and resilient with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service- Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Critical thinking skills to effectively problem solve and find solutions- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- High school diploma or equivalent
