Job Description:

Ford Motor is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client support roles. The Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Ford Motor products and services.2. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist clients with troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter with Ford Motor products.4. Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.5. Monitor client feedback and make suggestions for improvements to the client support process.6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide clients with information on new products and promotions.7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.

Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in client support or customer service roles.2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.5. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service to clients.6. Experience with CRM software is a plus.7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
