Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team at D.R. Horton in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings- Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to clients- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients- Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to management for resolution- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients with their needs- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in client support
Requirements:- Confident and resourceful individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients of varying backgrounds- Creativity to think outside the box when assisting clients with their needs- Persuasive skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
