Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Support Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role to be considered for this part-time position.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience.4. Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reporting and compliance purposes.6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.2. Confident and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to make sound decisions independently and problem-solve effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
