Client Support Associate

Las Vegas Sands is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an entry-level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, with a focus on customer service and support. We are looking for candidates who are resilient and adaptable, with exceptional research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and inquiries related to our products and services.3. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in client support requests.4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall client support experience.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.6. Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. 1 year of customer service or client support experience.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
