Palantir Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshooting- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Conduct training sessions for clients as needed
Requirements:- Confident and hardworking personality- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
