Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dallas, Texas. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Assist in resolving client issues and escalating as needed- Coordinate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Assist in managing client accounts and updating information as needed- Provide support to the sales team by preparing presentations and materials for client meetings- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client experience- Take on special projects as assigned by management

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role- Energetic and reliable personality with a strong work ethic- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients and team members- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
