Job Description:

AT&T is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. This part-time role will require strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and assistance to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate feedback to management- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Innovative mindset and leadership qualities- Passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight
