Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with navigating our products and services, providing guidance and support as needed- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Provide feedback to the team to help improve our products and services- Continuously strive to enhance the overall client support process

Requirements:- Independent and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds- High emotional intelligence, able to empathize with clients and address their needs effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Comfortable using technology and learning new software programs- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
