Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join our team at DoorDash in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with no previous experience required.

Responsibilities:- Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolving client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Managing client accounts and updating information as needed- Providing product information and troubleshooting technical issues- Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
