Zocdoc is seeking a dynamic Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals who are energetic and resilient, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Client Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist clients with account setup, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues they may encounter.3. Conduct research on healthcare providers to help clients find the right match for their needs.4. Collaborate with the Client Support team to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.5. Manage projects related to client support initiatives and provide regular updates to the team.6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
